Warbud has obtained a contract for the completion of the building works on the Catholic University of Lublin Interdisciplinary Research Centre located at 1 Konstantynów St. in Lublin.

The contract was signed on Warbud's part by Mr Marcin Szczepaniak, Director of the company's Region East. The Client, Catholic University of Lublin, was represented by Vice Rector for Administration and Finance Mr Paweł Smoleń, Ph. D. The contract was signed on 6 November 2013.

The subject matter of the procurement covers the completion of the building works including technical installations and systems and the supply and installation of equipment. The Centre will house laboratory infrastructure for innovative research and applications in the following areas of competence: EPN Biocontrol, Production and Application Laboratory, Confocal and Electron Microscopy Laboratory, X-Ray Optics Laboratory, Oxidation Stress Laboratory, Separation and Spectroscopy Methods Application Laboratory, Composite and Biomimetic Materials Laboratory.

Warbud will carry out the following works under the contract: general building works including the electrical installations, cabling and lighting systems, fire alarm and smoke release installations, heating networks, water distribution and sewer networks, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and soft landscaping works.
