Warbud will rebuild the flood protection dyke in Sartowice Nowe in the municipality of Dragacz
On 20 July 2011 Warbud signed a contract for the rebuilding of the flood embankment in Sartowice – Nowe, over the section from km 10+600 to km 16+000 in Dragacz municipality in the poviat of Świecko. The employer is Kujawsko - Pomorski Land Reclamation and Water Facilities Board in Wloclawek.
Warbud will perform the following works under the contract:
- construction works in the form of applying an anti-filtration membrane in the axis of the existing flood protection dyke over the section from km 10+600 ÷ 13+260 km and at km 13+440 ÷ 16+000, i.e. over the length of 5 220 m and height of 12.0 m
- a partial rebuilding of the dyke body consisting in the exposing of the base of the downstream slope of the dyke escarpment from the border of the poviat and voivodship road to the distance of ≥ 1.5 m and ground works to restore the slope and shape of the crest of the dyke, after the execution of works related to the rebuilding of the body and its sealing – 57 554 m3.
- strengthening of the embankment slopes with geogrid - 19 627 m2
- rebuilding of the dyke culvert at km 2+184 - 1 structure
- strengthening the bottom of the slope with broken aggregate - 1 825 m2
- dyke crossings and passages - 12 pcs
- slope stairs drains – 13 pcs.
The project will be implemented under the Rural Development Programme 2007-2013. Its aim is to improve and develop the infrastructure related to the development of agriculture and forestry by management of agricultural water resources.
Duration of contract: July 2011 - November 2012
