The company Warbud has for the second time been awarded with the prestigious emblem 'Investor in Human Capital'. It is awarded to companies being leaders in the field of personnel policies.

A condition to obtain the award is the participation in the nationwide Certification Program run by the Management Observatory Foundation. The multistage examination encompassed an analysis of data regarding the company personnel policy, various aspects of company development and organisational structure, the applied practices, procedures, tools as well as surveys carried out among its employees.

The participation in the certification program does not only give us satisfaction from obtaining positive assessments of experts and employees, it is also a source of valuable information which will help us in choosing a correct direction of work in the field of human resources management. Receiving the emblem is for us a motivation for a further development of our personnel policies in order to improve the conditions of work and therefore our personnel satisfaction while maintaining the position of one of the most attractive employers in the Polish construction market.
