The East of Poland is a region which is highly attractive for investors. This translates into a high demand for construction services. A significant number of investors operate in modern, environmentally friendly industries using the human and institutional potential as well as the academic facilities of Lublin and Rzeszów. Numerous business clusters, including the Aviation Valley, industrial parks and science and technology parks as well as special economic zones attract investors like a magnet. This is especially true for those from the aviation, logistics, automotive and metallurgical industries, but also cosmetics, fashion and food supplements manufacturing. Significant dynamics can also be observed in the construction of public buildings, including schools and kindergartens, scientific and educational buildings, sports and healthcare facilities. In addition to that, the demand for the expansion and modernization of facilities and infrastructure for the army has grown significantly recently. Housing construction is growing rapidly both in Rzeszów and Lublin.
