He graduated from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie in Paris.

Since 1997 he has been continuously associated with the VINCI Group, one of the key players in the concessions and construction industry in the world.

He started his professional career in Germany by implementing road construction projects. Since 2000 he has been supporting the development of Eurovia's operations in Poland. In 2014-2017 he was responsible for the operation of Eurovia branches in Romania, Croatia and the Baltic States. Since 2017 - President of the Management Board of Eurovia companies in Poland.

Since December 2021 - President of Warbud SA Management Board.

Actively participates in the work of nationwide industry organizations such as the Polish Association of Construction Employers, Polish Chamber of Commerce for Road Engineering, Agreement on Safety in Construction or Polish Association of Asphalt Pavement Contractors - acting for the development of the construction industry in Poland.
