On April 12, 2018, Warbud signed a contract with Immobel Poland for the first stage of construction works related to the Central Point development project. The 21-storey building located directly above Warsaw's only intersection of two metro lines (intersection of Świętokrzyska and Marszałkowska streets) will be built on diaphragm walls and barrettes constituting a deep foundation system. Warbud will be responsible for the construction of the diaphragm walls reaching the depth of nearly 39 metres.
Warbud has obtained a contract for the execution of construction works in the buildings of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Warsaw Medical University at 1 Banacha St. in Warsaw. The contract was signed on behalf of Warbud on April 16, 2018, by Ms Monika Buraś, Member of the company's Management Board. The investor is Warsaw Medical University.
Warbud has obtained a contract for turnkey construction of a power building and a waste management center at the Mercedes-Benz engine plant in Jawor. Warbud will carry out this task in a consortium with Electra M & E Polska Sp. z o. o. The investor is the company Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland Sp. z o.o.
On April 6, 2018, representatives of the District Court in Nowy Sącz received a symbolic key to their new seat. Warbud was the main contractor for the project. It took the company less than two years - exactly 20 months - from the moment of obtaining a building permit to put court building put into use - in 6 months before the contractual date of completion.
Warbud will be the main contractor of the ArtN project and will be responsible for the execution of all construction, finishing and landscaping works. Warbud's scope of work also includes the development of a multi-disciplinary executive design for the entire development project and the work of other contractors, i.e.: Soletanche Polska Sp. z o.o., TKT Engineering Sp. z o.o. and Maat4 Sp. z o.o. The Investor and originator is the company Capital Park Group.

During the official gala which took place on March 15 in Capitol Theatre in Warsaw, Ms Edyta Rytel from Warbud's Human Resources Department received an award certificate from the Jury.
Warbud has won a contract for the rebuilding and retrofitting of the Operating Theatre and the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Therapy at John Paul II Regional Hospital in Bełchatów. The contract was signed on behalf of Warbud S.A. by Mr Lech Wąsowski, director of the company's Medical Construction Division. The investor is the John Paul II Regional Hospital in Bełchatów.
On March 22, 2018, after two years of the company's presidency in the Agreement on Construction Safety, Warbud transferred to the company Unibep the management of the informal association of twelve largest general contractors on the Polish market.
Warbud as a Strategic Partner of the programme "Builder For The Young Engineers" presented an offer addressed to young engineers and shared their experience in an expert panel. The event, which took place on March 15, 2018, attracted several hundred participants from all over Poland. Educational workshops for construction students of and young but already professionally active engineers of various fields were organised for the third time the industry monthly "Builder".
Warbud will rebuild and carry out thermal efficiency improvement works in the Krakow hospital. The contract was signed on behalf of Warbud by Mr Grzegorz Koprowski, Director of Region South, on March 5, 2018.
Scope of work: thermal efficiency improvement works in 11 buildings (wall insulation and partial replacement of windows) on the basis of an existing construction project and preparation of a construction and executive design, as well as modernization works in 4 pavilions, with a total area of 6 071 m2.
