2011-03-07On March 2, 2011, during the 7th Builder Gala held in the Lubomirski Palace in Warsaw, Polish building companies received the Polish Hercules statuette and titles of Building Company of the Year 2010 and Builder’s Laurels. Warbud's award was received by Mr Jerzy Werle, the firm's Director General.

2011-03-02Warbud has signed a contract for the construction of water tramway harbours and stops. The Employer is the City of Gdansk Development Directorate. The objective of the project is to develop the wharf with harbours for boats and the water tramway in four locations in the area of Gdansk.

2011-03-02Warbud has won a contract for the construction of Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall in Szczecin. The Municipality of Szczecin obtained financing of the project from the West Pomerania Regional Operational Programme. The contract signing ceremony was held on March 1 in the City Hall and was attended by the Mayor, Mr Piotr Krzystek. Warbud was represented by Mr Wojciech Gerber, Board Member and Mr Zbigniew Suszyło, Director of Region West.

2011-02-18On February 16, 2011, Warbud signed a contract with Tarnobrzeskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. for the liquidation of flood effects in Tarnobrzeg. The task will encompass the work on the rebuilding of a retention tank in the Nadole Estate.

2011-02-14State Labour Inspectorate has awarded safe construction sites in the area of the Mazowsze region. Warsaw’s 'Czajka’ Wastewater Treatment Plant, which is being built by Warbud, was ranked second in the contest. There were five projects in this year’s edition of the 'Safe Site’ contest.

2011-02-11On February 11, 2011 Warbud signed a contract for the construction of a boulevard in Łomża. The Employer is the City of Łomża. The work will be carried out in the period from August 2011 to November 2012.

2011-01-25Warbud will be the main contractor for the Etap & Ibis Reduta hotels at no. 16 Bitwy Warszawskiej St. in Warsaw. The contract was signed on January 19, 2011.

2011-01-12Warbud has signed a contract for the reconstruction of the 2.8 km long right-bank flood protection dyke in the commune of Cedry Wielkie in the Pomerania region. The contract was concluded on January 10, 2011. The Employer is the Pomerania Region Land Improvement and Water Facilities Management in Gdansk.

Warbud will build as a consortium partner a 650 m section of the Warsaw – Krakow road between the localities of Salomea and Wolica. Warbud will build 6 viaducts, an underground passage and a pedestrian bridge and will also rebuild the railway systems (power cables, railway traffic control systems, PKP-WKD telecommunication cables, catenary network etc.)

Warbud SA has signed a contract for the rebuilding and extension of the Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiology of the Hospital of the Infant Jesus and the Injury Treatment Centre situated at no. 4 Lindleya St. in Warsaw. The contract with the Client - the Infant Jesus Clinical Hospital was signed on December 17, 2010.
