Karimpol Polska has chosen WARBUD S.A. as the general contractor for its investment. One of Poland‘s largest construction companies will deliver the Skyliner II project. Construction of the second phase of the office complex at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw will start in February 2024 and will take 34 months. The 28-storey Skyliner II will be 130 metres high.
The expansion of the hospital in Wadowice, which lasted over a year, has been completed. The facility has been expanded with two additional floors in pavilion "E" where additional medical services are provided. The new rooms were presented to the guests who came to the opening ceremony - Hospital Director Ms. Barbara Bulanowska and Head of Wadowice County Mr. Eugeniusz Kurdas.
The ceremony took place on December 4, 2023, and was attended by Marshal of the Małopolska Voivodeship Mr. Witold Kozłowski and Vice-Marshal Mr. Łukasz Smółka, representatives of the Management Board and Council of the Wadowice County, Voivodes and Mayors of communes of the Wadowice County, MP Filip Kaczyński, Deputy Director of the Health Department at the Małopolska Voivodeship Office Mr. Tomasz Ocetkiewicz as well as directors of neighbouring hospitals. Warbud was represented by Mr. Damian Kamiński, Deputy Director in the South Branch and Mr. Rafał Adamczak, Site Manager.
This year, the final gala of the Top Quality QI 2023 Program took place on December 1, 2023 in Krynica Zdrój. Warbud was among the winners and was honoured in the Management System category. The award was collected by Mr. Witold Lipka-Auguścik, Representative of Chairman of the Management Board for Integrated Management System.
On 6 November 2023, Warbud signed its new contract in the field of military construction. The Client is 17. Local Airport Branch in Gdańsk. The project covers the construction of a multi-functional air squadron building with accompanying infrastructure.
On 24 October 2023 awards were given to winners of the contest "Facility of the Year" organized by Mayor of Toruń. The ceremony took place at the Centre for Contemporary Art "Znaki Czasu (Signs of the Times)" in Toruń. Among the guests were representatives of the local government with Mayor Michał Zaleski. Seven buildings got distinctions in the 2021-2022 edition. The District Court in Toruń built by Warbud also won an award in the "Public Utilities" category. The diploma was received by Mr. Piotr Pazderski, Project Manager at Warbud SA.
On October 11, 2023, we signed a contract for the construction of the new premises of the District Court and District Prosecutor's Office in Legionowo. The contract was signed on behalf of Warbud by Grzegorz Chudzik - Member of the Management Board and Tomasz Blecharski - Director of the Specialist Construction Region. On the part of the Client - State Treasury - Court of Appeal in Warsaw, the document was signed by Ms. Katarzyna Małaczek - Director of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice Katarzyna Frydrych. The building will be completed until the end of 2026.

Subcarpathian Science Centre 'Łukasiewicz' has won laurels in an industry competition for the fourth time. This time, the facility became a finalist of the competition ‘Modernization of the Year and & Construction Project of the 21st Century.’ The goal of the competition is to reward investors, contractors and designers for a specific construction project as a joint work of all three participants. Its aim is to choose construction projects which stand out for their special qualitative, functional, urban and aesthetic values.
The golden statuette and the title "Building Project of the Year 2022" for the construction of PCN Łukasiewicz were collected by Mr. Paweł Kiwak, Project Manager, and Mr. Maciej Kurowski, Site Manager. The award granted to Warbud honours the 33-month work of our staff and at the same time confirms that our project was among Poland’s best development projects in the last year. The gala took place on September 19, 2023 in Warsaw.
On August 31, 2023, Warbud signed a contract for the revitalization of the urban area within the plot of the Admiralspalast building in Zabrze. The project will be implemented in the “design and build” formula. Warbud was represented during the ceremony by Mr. Grzegorz Chudzik, Member of the Management Board, and Mr. Bartłomiej Panek, Director of the Katowice Branch. The Investor was represented by Mrs Małgorzata Mańka-Szlik, Mayor of the City of Zabrze.
