Jerzy Werle, President of the Management Board, was awarded the Industry Personality Award 2019. The verdict emphasized that President Jerzy Werle is a supporter of management through safety, a promoter of innovation and development as well as environmental solutions, strongly involved in legislative processes in terms of the necessary changes in the building code and public procurement law. The ceremonial gala took place on January 30, 2020 at Multikino Złote Tarasy in Warsaw. Warbud received a distinction awarded by the Builder monthly in the category Construction Company of the Year 2019. Builder Awards are confirmation of the winners' achievements, dissemination of good practices and business relations in the construction industry. They indicate that award winners have a positive impact on represented companies, organizations, institutions and the entire industry. A parliamentary committees building in Warsaw received the Grand Prix in the competition "Polish Cement in Architecture". All participants of the construction process were awarded: the author of the design - Bolesław Stelmach with a team composed of Marek Zarzeczny, Rafał Szmigielski, Zbigniew Wypych and Sławomir Kłos from the Stelmach & Partners Architecture Office, the contractor - Warbud SA and the Investor: Chancellery of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
The facility uses original design solutions, architectural concrete or hanging stairs. It reflects contemporary principles of pro-ecological creativity. Sustainable design used here takes primarily into account the context of the natural and cultural heritage as well as energy efficiency of the building. 22 buildings were proposed in the 23rd edition of the competition for the best project utilising the reinforced concrete technology. The verdict was announced on November 29 during the Gala of the Association of Polish Architects in Warsaw.
On November 27, 2018 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, there was a gala in which Halina Krahelska Chief Labour Inspector awards were given to winners with the participation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy Elżbieta Rafalska. This distinction is awarded for special achievements in the field of labour protection and health protection in the work environment.
Mr. Jerzy Werle, Warbud SA’s President of the Management Board was honoured for his personal commitment to improve safety in the construction industry, nationwide initiatives for health and safety (under the Agreement on Construction Safety), implementation of innovative programs and safety management at Warbud SA.
The prize awarded by the Chief Labour Inspector may be given to the same person or team only once. It is an expression of the highest respect of the National Labour Inspectorate for the involvement of the awarded persons in the service of another human being.
A big surprize and a great honour for Warbud was the award to the company a distinction for "Services to Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians (PZITB)" for long-term cooperation. The award was received by Ms Jolanta Grocholski, Warbud's Board Member during the 25th anniversary gala of the competition "Construction of the Year". The ceremony took place on 23 June 2015 in the headquarters of the Association at 3/5 Czackiego St. in Warsaw.
A distinction for the conctruction of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia. Under the contract, Warbud carried out among others modernization of arch halls built before 1938 which served during World War II as repair halls for German military aircraft. Now the building with floorage of more than 10 000 square metres houses offices, conference and exhibition halls and laboratories.
The idea of the 12th edition of the competition is to show the possibilities of creative use of concrete technology in the building industry. The Jury chooses each year the best projects in which reinforced concrete was used. The originators and organizers of this initiative are the Association of Polish Architects and the Association of Cement Producers. The award ceremony took place on 13 December 2008 in Warsaw.

Which, through innovative products, services, technologies, processes and high standard organization and management methods create modern, safe and competitive construction industry. Jurors assessed among others Companies in the realities of the European Union market, ie: implementation of quality systems, staff training, investment supporting competitiveness, innovation, to-date achievements, activities in the business environment and financial data.
In the 2007 edition Warbud also received a golden statuette in the Polish Construction Eagles contest.
Warbud’s President of Management Board Mr Włodzimierz Włodarczyk, and Director General Mr Jerzy Werle received medals for Merits to the Building Industry. The medal is awarded for particular merits in the field of architecture and construction. One person can receive the medal only once. The medal is awarded by the minister of construction, spatial and housing planning. The rules and procedure of awarding and also wearing the medal are included in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated April 30, 2002.
Warbud was ranked 3rd in the competition for the construction of a sports hall and the modernization of School Complex no. 2 in Konstancin-Jeziorna designed by the bureau Bulanda, Mucha - ARHITEKCI Sp. z o.o. The contest was conceived and organized by the Association of Polish Architects and the Association of Cement Producers. This year’s was the 11th edition of the contest organized in order to present the potential of creative application of the concrete technology in the building industry. The contest was open only to best architectural projects completed in 2006 in the domain of general, industrial and civil engineering construction.
Warbud was ranked 1st and obtained the golden statuette "Eagle of Polish Construction." The competition is addressed to companies which create modern, safe and competitive construction processes thanks to their innovative products, services, technologies as well as organization and management methods. The jurors evaluated among others company activities such as the implementation of quality systems, personnel trainings, investment programmes to increase competitiveness and innovation, to-date achievements, active presence in the market as well as financial data.
Warbud SA was ranked first for three times and received the golden statuette Eagle of Mazovian Business. The idea of the competition organized under the auspices of Mr Adam Struzik, Marshal of the Mazovia region, has remained unchanged for several years. The main objective of the competition is to promote best companies of the Mazovia region regardless of the form of ownership of a company, its size or number of employees. Quality is understood as company’s actions aimed at effective functioning, involvement in the economic development of its own region, creation of new jobs, observance of business ethics rules, as well as other forms of actions for the benefit of the community.
The titles of Master of Construction 2007 and the Market’s Best in the category of building companies were awarded to our company by the Home&Market monthly. The list of the prize winning companies was published in the March 2007.
The Master of Construciton title in the category of building companies was again awarded to Warbud by Home&Market monthly in 2008. The prize winning companies were presented in May 2008.
We took 5th place regarding revenues in 2005 in a ranking drawn up by Gazeta Finansowa. The report, containing a comparison of financial results of the presented companies and opinions of specialists in the construction market, was published on October 20, 2006.
In the 11th edition of the competition Employer of the Year in Construciton, which was organized by the Polish Association of Construction Employers, the statuette and the title was awarded to Mr Włodzimierz Włodarczyk, President of Warbud’s Management Board.
The Jury recognised his contribution to the dynamic and multidirectional development of the company, his care for the professional development of his workers and for placing Warbud SA among the largest construction companies in Poland.
The competition was open to all building contractors who operate in our country. Assessment covered implementation of new technologies in the company, activities in the construction environment, adherence to business ethics principles, received awards, references from investors, funding social purposes, implementation of relevant personnel and social policies, range of insurances used in the company as well as its financial results.
Warbud SA also received an honorable mention in the fourth edition of the Mazovian Company of the Year 2005, organized under the auspices of Mr Adam Struzik, Marshal of the Mazovia region. The Jury, which consistes of personalities from the business and political circles, aims at honouring of companies actively contributing to the economic development of the region, creation of new working places, operating in accordance with high business ethics standards as well as actively participating in charities. The assessment criteria encompassed the financial results for the year 2005, implemented quality assurance systems, innovation and training policies.

On the traditional Builders’ Day, Warbud was awarded the highest trophy for the whole of its activity by the national biweekly construction industry magazine Profile.
First place and gold statuette in the Building and Infrastructure category. The competition is a way of supporting and promoting the region's best firms and an opportunity for them to strengthen their market position at national level.
First place and title “Mazowieckie Company of the Year” in the Building, Infrastructure and Property category, awarded by Kapitula. The competition, whose patron is the governor of Mazowieckie province, aims to reward businesses which, through their business management achievements, reliability and trustworthiness, set an outstanding example for others to follow.

The Jury run by professor Marian Abramowicz, awarded us first prize and a gold statuette in the “Concrete Building” competition. Organizers of the competition in its maiden year included the Polish Union of Building Technicians and Engineers, Przeglad Budowlany, the CEBET Concrete Industry Research and Development Centre, the Association of Concrete Manufacturers, and the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Warsaw Technical University.
