In front of the Palace of Culture and Science, along  Marszałkowska Street, Warbud engineers have already completed the 100 m long, 25 m high structure with white facades - the Museum of Modern Art.

The exposed form with a white architectural face marks the finale of the craftsmanship of engineering work, both on the structure of the building and on the sophisticated façade. For an untrained eye the stylistic “less is more” may however not be so obvious. In terms of project implementation - it is an enormous challenge, unique for many industries. What do we find today in the interior of the building? What is the scope of installation and finishing works? What does it take to bring the building to life and bring the architects' vision to life? Final preparations are underway in Wołomin near Warsaw for the opening of a new wing of the Hospital of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. ‘There is already a permit in place to operate building B with a connector,’ said Marcin Papiernik, Contract Manager at Warbud SA. The facility contains the following functions: Primary Health Care, Specialist Clinic, including a comfortable Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinic with a separate exit. There are also spacious rooms for the sick and healthy children centre, a Rehabilitation Department and hospital administration.

Warbud has won a contract for modernization of road viaducts above Paryska Street in Warsaw's Saska Kępa district. Warbud's offer was chosen by Warsaw City Development Board as the most competitive offer. The contract was signed at the head office of WCDB at Senatorska Street on December 13, 2022. On behalf of Warbud SA, the document was signed by Nicolas Dépret, President of the Management Board, and on behalf of the Contracting Authority by Łukasz Górecki, Director.

On November 22 in Vienna House Easy Hotel in Katowice, European Business Forum took place. The event allows participants to exchange their ideas and opinions and to learn about the latest trends and solutions facilitating everyday economic activity in Poland and other European countries. The thematic scope covers management standards, technical standards, certification, financing innovative investment projects, references to applicable regulations, as well as the proposed changes in regulations which are to be introduced to support the development, growth, competitiveness and efficiency of businesses.

On November 15, 2022, a contract was signed for the rebuilding of Buildings B and C of Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Szczecin located at 4 Arkońska Street. The contract was signed on behalf of Warbud SA by Mr. Dariusz Matulski, Director of Public Procurement Department, and on behalf of the Employer by Ms. Małgorzata Usielska, director of the hospital. The works are scheduled for completion in 16 months.

On November 9, 2022, in the headquarters of the District Labour Inspectorate in Rzeszów, prizes were awarded in the competition "Build Safely". The Jury appreciated the work of Warbud SA staff by awarding the first place to the project named Podkarpackie Science Centre ‘Łukasiewicz’ in Jasionka.

The award was collected on behalf of the construction team by Mr. Maciej Kurowski, Site Manager.

On 21 October 2022 Warbud signed a contract for the construction of the Technology Supported Systemic Rehabilitation Centre for children. The facility will be part of the Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Complex of Wiktor Dega Clinical Hospital of Medical University in Poznań. The contract was signed on behalf of Warbud by Paweł Haberland, Director of Region West and on behalf of the Client by  Przemysław Daroszewski M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Wiktor Dega Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital of Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań.

On 6 October 2022, 9th edition of the "Green Industry Summit" conference took place in Warsaw.

The main point of the conference was the "Green Industry Diamonds" gala, during which Warbud was awarded in the category Industrial Construction Leader as an entity responsible for the implementation of detailed designs, construction and assembly works in accordance with requirements of green certificates and top environmental standards. The statuette was collected by Nicolas Dépret, President of Warbud SA’s Management Board.

The contract with the 1st Military Clinical Hospital with a Polyclinic SPZOZ in Lublin was signed on 6 October 2022. The document was signed by Mr. Nicolas Dépret, President of Warbud SA’s Management Board and Mr. Lech Wąsowski, Director of South Region. On the part of the Contracting Authority the Contract was signed by Col. Aleksander Michalski, PhD, Hospital Commander.

Warbud was awarded as the general contractor of the District Court building in Toruń at 1 Władysława Warneńczyka St. The award gala of this year's 26^th edition of the competition "Modernization of the Year & Construction Project of the 21st century" took place on 28 September 2022 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
